Kid’s Club
We’re happy to have you as a patient and look forward to helping you create a happy, healthy smile. At Hadavand Orthodontics, we do everything possible to make your orthodontic experience exciting and fun! It’s what sets us apart from other offices.
As a Kids’ Club Member, you’ll be automatically enrolled in our Pre-Treatment
Observation Program where you’ll be seen every six to twelve months to monitor the growth and development of your teeth and jaws. Dr. Hadavand will make sure your baby teeth are coming out on time and that permanent teeth are able to grow into their proper position. Early detection can minimize extensive and lengthy treatment at a later age and can achieve results that are unattainable once the face and jaws have finished growing.
Being a patient at Hadavand Orthodontics has great rewards. You’ll have access to fun office events, exclusive contests, and cool prizes just for Kids’ Club members. You also have the ability to earn gift cards and prizes by participating in our Hadavand Bucks program.
Hadavand Bucks
As a patient of Hadavand Orthodontics, you are automatically enrolled in a patient incentive program to earn rewards. Successful orthodontic treatment depends on patient cooperation and we will reward you for doing your part! At each scheduled visit, patients will have the opportunity to earn Hadavand Bucks that can be exchanged for great prizes.
How to earn Hadavand Bucks
- Excellent oral hygiene (no plaque and no swollen gums) = 1 buck
- Nothing loose or broken (brackets, bands, wires and/or appliances) = 1 buck
- Great cooperation with elastics and/or extraoral appliances = 1 buck
- Celebrate your birthday = 2 bucks
- Wear your Hadavand t-shirt to school and then to your appointment = 5 bucks
- Get caught in your Hadavand t-shirt by a staff member outside of the office = 5 bucks
- Refer a friend to our office = 5 bucks
- Like the Hadavand Orthodontics Facebook page = 5 bucks
- Check in at Hadavand Orthodontics on Facebook = DOUBLE BUCKS
Because keeping your teeth clean and healthy is such an important part of orthodontic care, we recommend you visit your dentist every 6 months for a check- up and cleaning.
Have your dentist or hygienist complete and sign your voucher and we will reward you with bucks.
- Exam and cleaning (voucher signed) = 5 bucks
- No cavities (voucher signed) = 2 bonus bucks
Rules
- Program only applies to active patients.
- Bucks are only rewarded at regular, scheduled appointments (not emergency appointments).
- Lost Bucks will not be replaced.
- Gift cards and/or Bucks are not redeemable for cash.
- Point values and prizes are subject to change at any time.
Prizes
For as little as 10 bucks you can earn great prizes! You can save your bucks or redeem them at any time. All you need to do is bring the bucks you would like to redeem to the front desk and ask one of our staff members to help you.
